WASHING: It is highly recommended that you do not use a bulk laundry service for expensive, sensitive or new material's. Laundry services are generally recommended for everyday clothing and linen items.
It is the responsibility of the customer to advise us of any sensitive items. It is generally not recommended to wash new clothes with older clothes the first time. Please ensure these items have been prewashed to alleviate any possibility or colours damaging other washing.
DRYING: most clothing will be dried at medium to low heat. Please advise us if there are any specific instruction you want us to follow. Extended drying time may be required for these items.
